MOUNT VERNON, Wash. (AP) — The Washington State Patrol says a man riding on the running board outside a truck was killed when it ran off a Skagit County road and overturned.
Troopers say 35-year-old Brad Pederson of Burlington died Tuesday at the scene. The driver of the truck was not injured.
