EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — Police say a Tulalip man sought on a murder warrant in the beating death of a baby has been arrested in some woods near the Tulalip Indian Reservation.
The Daily Herald reports that 21-year-old James Fryberg was taken into custody Friday.
Fryberg is accused of killing his girlfriend’s 15-month-old baby son last May while she was at work. An arrest warrant was issued Tuesday when he failed to make a court appearance. He had been free while awaiting trial.
