BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) — The victim of a hit-and-run accident March 10 in Bellingham has died of his injuries at a hospital.
Sixty-six-year-old Michael Ness had been in critical condition since he was struck by a car.
KGMI reports police are looking for a 23-year-old suspect.
