PHOENIX (AP) — Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Jody Gerut has hit for the cycle against the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Gerut hit a solo home run in the second inning Saturday, singled in the third, drove in a run with a triple in the fifth and added a two-run double in the ninth.

It is the sixth cycle in Brewers history and the first for Gerut, who had one hit in his last 18 at-bats coming into Saturday.

Chad Moeller was the last Brewers player to hit for the cycle. He accomplished the feat on April 27, 2004, against Cincinnati.
