The new owners of EastRidge Business Park have selected the Portland office of Grubb & Ellis Co., a Santa Ana, Calif.-based real estate services and investment firm, to oversee the leasing and management of 446,000 square feet of space in the east Vancouver business park.
Grubb and Ellis will replace Colliers International as managers of the complex. The site was acquired this month by Aegon USA Realty Advisors as a result of the $44 million loan default of previous owner Scanlan Kemper Bard Companies of Portland.
Lisa Johnston, senior property manager, will oversee the management of the complex.
