JLL, a global financial and professional services firm headquartered in Chicago, will manage and lease the EastRidge Business Park at Northeast 117th Avenue and Northeast 99th Street in Vancouver.
The 90-acre, 25-building business park’s “accessibility and surrounding amenities will really help to drive interest,” Tom Shimota, senior associate for JLL, said in a news release. The EastRidge complex is owned by Investors Warranty of America Inc. Asset management services are provided by AEGON USA Realty Advisors, LLC.
