MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) — Suspended West Virginia cornerback Brandon Hogan has been allowed to return to practice.
Hogan, a senior, was suspended indefinitely after he was arrested on a drunken driving charge earlier this month.
Coach Bill Stewart said Tuesday that Hogan’s status is still being evaluated.
No. 22 West Virginia (3-0) faces No. 15 LSU (3-0) on Saturday night and Stewart said he’ll make a game-day decision on whether Hogan plays.
Hogan was a 2009 all-Big East first team selection and the team’s third-leading tackler.
