YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) — Detectives in Yakima County are investigating the death of a man whose body was found partially wrapped in plastic dumped off an embankment.

Chief of detectives Stew Graham says the body likely has been at that location for less than a week. He says the man appears to be more than 50 years old with a short gray hair and a gray beard.

An autopsy is set for Tuesday.
