One person was hospitalized Monday evening in a two-vehicle collision in the 15200 block of Northeast 72nd Avenue, said Sgt. Bill Roberts with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

Shortly before 4:45 p.m., there was a rear-end collision and one vehicle spun, hit a retaining wall and flipped over on its driver side.

The driver of a black 1995 Chevrolet Blazer, Marco Gutirrez-Diaz, 34, of Vancouver was listed in satisfactory condition Monday night at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, a nursing supervisor said.

The driver of a gray 2007 Nissan XTerra, Christy Miller. 33, of Vancover was not reported injured.

Two children in the Nissan were treated and released, Roberts said.

Neither driver was impaired, Roberts said.
