Fairway/164th — Touchmark at Fairway Village won a gold award for its new “The Full Life” brochure in early December at the International Council on Active Aging annual conference in Florida. The retirement community’s brochure highlights seven people’s positive stories. This is the first year the ICAA, which has launched a campaign to change perceptions of aging, presented its Rebranding Aging awards. The awards recognize a positive, realistic view of aging. “Our winners show it’s very possible to create compelling marketing pieces without reinforcing stereotypes,” said ICAA CEO Colin Milner.
