ALAMEDA, Calif. (AP) — With much of the NFL at a standstill with teams waiting to see if there will be a lockout in the coming days and what the new rules will be under the next collective bargaining agreement, it’s still business as usual for the Oakland Raiders.

Owner Al Davis has already made commitments of more than $80 million to five of his potential free agents as the Raiders try to get as much business done as possible before the current CBA expires Thursday night.

Davis has already given big deals to cornerback Stanford Routt and defensive tackle Richard Seymour, placed the franchise tag on linebacker Kamerion Wimbley and kept defensive tackle John Henderson and running back Rock Cartwright.
