Man reported swept to sea along Wash. coast

SEATTLE (AP) — Coast Guard crews are searching for a man who was reported swept to sea near the Pacific County town of Seaview, Wash.

The man was reported missing Sunday night by witnesses who said he had been in the water and then was no longer in sight. Pacific County authorities and Coast Guard crews launched a search. The man was wearing a lifejacket.

A Coast Guard spokesman on Monday morning said the search was ongoing.
