BAD GASTEIN, Austria (AP) — Ksenia Pervak and Kateryna Bondarenko reached the semifinals of the Gastein Ladies on Saturday after their quarterfinal matches had been postponed by a day due to rain.

The eighth-seeded Pervak defeated Laura Pous-Tio 6-2, 7-6 (5). Pous-Tio had beaten defending champion Julia Goerges in the opening round.

Pervak missed an early match point while serving at 5-4 but took her second in the tiebreaker to reach her first semifinal of the season. She plays Austrian wild card entrant Patricia Mayr-Archleitner later Saturday for a place in Sunday’s final.

Bondarenko routed Carla Suarez Navarro 6-2, 6-1 and will face Maria Jose Martinez Sanchez in the other semifinal.
