High-speed fatality in Thurston County

OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — The Washington State Patrol says speed and alcohol apparently were factors in a fatal crash in Thurston County.

The patrol says a 34-year-old William Fabian of Lacey was killed Wednesday when his speeding car hit a pickup truck making a turn on the Yelm Highway.
