KHANTY-MANSIYSK, Russia (AP) — Norway survived 10 missed targets and two penalty loops Friday to win the men’s 4×7.5-kilometer relay at the biathlon world championships.

The Norwegian team of Ole Einar Bjoerndalen, Alexander Os, Emil Hegle Svendsen and Tarjei Boe won in 1 hour, 16 minutes, 13.9 seconds. Russia was second and Ukraine took third.

Norway hasn’t missed a podium in four men’s relays this season. They won two events and came in third twice.

The mass start races are scheduled for Saturday.
