New nonprofit gets people active for charities

Battle Ground — Karen King and Elba Benzler, Jr. have created a new nonprofit in Battle Ground. Get BOLD Events will design, organize, and manage athletic events that will benefit local charities. They currently present three annual events — The Resolution Run, the Harvest Days Run and the North County Wine Run.
