MLS Cup returns to Carson, Calif., for 4th time

NEW YORK (AP) — Major League Soccer’s title game will be played Nov. 20 at The Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif., for the fourth time in nine seasons.

The league said Tuesday the MLS Cup will be played Nov. 20 at the home of the Los Angeles Galaxy and Chivas USA.

The stadium also hosted the title game in 2008, 2004 and 2003. A sellout crowd of 27,000 attended in 2008.
