NEW YORK (AP) — Darrin’s Dilemma, the 1-5 favorite, rolled to a 214-length win over Freud’s Honour on Wednesday in the $100,000 New York Stallion Stakes for 3-year-olds at Belmont Park.
Ramon Dominguez rode for trainer Rudy Rodriguez as Darrin’s Dilemma picked up his second win in five starts. The time was 1:17.55 for the 612 furlongs.
Darrin’s Dilemma paid $2.60, $2.30 and $2.10. Freud’s Honour returned $5.40 and $3.80 while Warrior Up paid $3.90 to show.
