VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — Flames shot more than 20 feet in the air from the roof of the Federal Building in Vancouver Thursday night when a stack of roofing materials caught fire.

Fire Capt. Scott Willis says firefighters knocked down the flames within minutes and prevented the flames from spreading.

No one was injured.

An official told The Columbian there was no indication of arson.
