SNOQUALMIE PASS, Wash. (AP) — The Washington Transportation Department says snow plow operators hope to have eastbound I-90 reopened by about 1 p.m. Monday.

Heavy snow and vehicle spinouts closed the eastbound lanes Monday morning.
