A rush-hour crash on Interstate 5 in Portland backed up traffic to Vancouver Tuesday morning.
The crash closed all southbound lanes of I-5 at Interstate 84 during part of the morning commute.
By 9 a.m., WSDOT cameras showed traffic was backed up to Mill Plain Boulevard.
All lanes at the crash site reopened by 9:30 a.m.
