EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Oregon quarterback Darron Thomas appeared to injure his left knee against Arizona State on Saturday night.

The injury occurred early in the second half with the No. 9 Ducks leading 21-17, when linebacker Colin Parker fell on Thomas’ legs.

Thomas grimaced as he was attended to by team trainers, but he got up and jogged off the field. He received further treatment on the sidelines before jogging to the tunnel and off the field.

The junior had completed 13 of 17 passes for 188 yards and two touchdowns in the first half for the Ducks.

He was replaced by backup Bryan Bennett.
