Emergency crews respond to crash, brush fire

KITTITAS, Wash. (AP) — Interstate 90 has been closed eastbound east of Kittitas in central Washington due to a grass fire and multi-vehicle crash.

The Daily-Record newspaper of Ellensburg reports that multiple tractor trailers are involved in the crash 6 miles east of Ellensburg. About 50 gallons of diesel fuel have spilled and emergency crews are assessing patients.

The newspaper reports that emergency responders have reported one fatality.
