Bella Vista — About 80 neighbors gathered for the 2011 Bella Vista picnic Aug. 21 at Bella Vista Park, near Southeast 20th Street and Bella Vista Road. Natalie Howard organized the picnic, which included games, prizes and an inflatable obstacle course. The Bella Vista Neighborhood Association says the event is considered the most important of the year for the area.
