BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) — Two separate truck accidents have closed I-5 in both directions near Bellingham.
Transportation Department spokeswoman Kris Olson told KOMO Radio a tanker carrying liquid nitrogen overturned in the northbound lanes and a semi jackknifed in the southbound lanes.
The accidents happened before 8 a.m. Thursday within two miles of each other.
