Janet M. Williams and Leonard F. Williams, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Amboy Market, 39812 N.E. 216th Ave., Amboy.

Timothy R. Baer and Patricia A. Johnson, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Target, 8801 N.E. Hazel Dell Ave., Vancouver.

Carole E. Kooistra, Philip R. Kooistra, Scott D. Kooistra and Timothy C. Kooistra, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at St. Johns IGA, 2109 N.E. St. Johns Blvd., Vancouver.

James A. Roberts, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at The Quarterdeck Bar, 4300 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver.
