Hop to it

The annual BrewFest at ilani continues through Sunday, offering 14 events with hundreds of beers, seltzers, ciders, spirits and wines from local and national makers as well as live cooking demonstrations from 13 celebrity chefs. Headliners include Robert Irvine, Gregory Gourdet, Antonia Lofaso and Jet Tila. Tickets for all ilani BrewFest events, including brunches, beer pairing dinners, tastings and a celebrity chef dine-around, can be purchased at ilaniBrewFest.com.

Here we go again

Heritage High School presents “Mamma Mia!,” a Broadway hit with ABBA tunes, choreography and a heartwarming story. Performances are 7 p.m. today through Saturday in the school auditorium at 7825 N.E. 130th Ave., Vancouver. General admission tickets are $12. Students, seniors 60 and over, and military personnel are $8. Tickets go on sale at 6:30 each evening. Tickets are also available online at gofan.com/app/school/WA22050. Today’s performance is an audience sing-along.

Year of the dragon

The Vancouver Chinese Association presents the Vancouver Lunar New Year Gala from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Skyview High School, 1300 N.W. 139th St., Vancouver. The cost is $15 for adults or $10 for children 4 to 8. Enjoy a light meal and games from 5 to 7 p.m. followed by cultural performances from 7 to 9 p.m. Get tickets at vca-wa.org/ticket-sale/.

Green and clean

NatureScaping Wildlife Botanical Gardens offers “Clean, Green and Herbal” from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Center for Agriculture, Science and Environmental Education, Building B, Room 205, 11104 N.E. 149th St., Brush Prairie. Erin Harwood and Eloyce O’Connor, owners of Garden Delights Herb Farm, will discuss herbs’ beneficial properties and share recipes for herbal cleaning supplies. Students can make their own to take home. Bring a small jar; other supplies will be provided. The class is $15. Register at info@naturescaping.org or call 360-737-1160.

Sip and screen

La Uva Fortuna, 16712 N.E. 219th St., Battle Ground, presents “The Print and Wine Experience” from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday. Attendees will learn how to screen print a custom design onto a T-shirt. Instructors will guide students through the process, step by step. All screen-printing equipment and materials necessary to create the design are included in the $40 fee.
