Car plows into east Vancouver building

A motorist drove a car into a tattoo parlor in east Vancouver Friday morning.

The incident occurred about 10:40 a.m. at 13215 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd. No one was injured, including two of the car’s occupants and a couple people in the parlor, said Vancouver firefighter-spokesman Kevin Murray.
