Three teenagers were injured during a crash Tuesday night at Northeast 28th Street and Northeast Four Seasons Lane near Endeavor Elementary School, authorities said.

Details were sketchy, but at about 7:19 p.m., a Ford pickup collided with the side of a compact car. When a crew from the Vancouver Fire Department arrived, they found four teenagers still in the car, said Vancouver Fire Department spokesman Dave James. Firefighters extricated the teens.

Three were transported by ambulance to an area hospital and James indicated that two of them were sent on “trauma alert.” The two occupants of the pickup were not hurt.

Names of those involved were not released.

One eastbound lane of 28th Street was blocked while crews worked at the scene. Vancouver police are still investigating the accident.
