Port of Vancouver Commissioner Jerry Oliver will serve as president of the Washington Public Ports Association’s Board of Trustees for 2013, the port said Wednesday.
Oliver also is the incoming president of the three-member Port of Vancouver Board of Commissioners for 2013.
Established by the Legislature in 1961, the Washington Public Ports Association promotes the interests of public ports.
