WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (AP) — Nick Wright scored 14 points and 10 of Old Dominion’s 11 players scored in a 70-51 rout of William & Mary on Wednesday night.

Trian Iliadis added 11 points and Kent Bazemore 10 for the Monarchs (16-10, 11-3 Colonial Athletic Association).

It was the eighth straight win over William & Mary for the Monarchs, who shot 62.5 percent in the first half (15 of 24) to lead 41-22 at the break.

Leading 8-7, Old Dominion took over early scoring 10 straight points on a 3-pointer and three consecutive layups. The last turned into a three-point play on Wright’s free throw with 15:32 left until halftime.

The Tribe, which would trail by as many as 32 twice, got no closer than seven the rest of the way.

William & Mary (4-22, 2-12), which didn’t have a double-figure scorer, shot just 28.8 percent from the field (15 of 25).
