North Dakota defeats Chicago State 75-69

CHICAGO (AP) — Troy Huff scored 25 points and North Dakota won on the road for the first time all season, beating Chicago State 75-69 Thursday night.

Patrick Mitchell added 17 points and Aaron Anderson scored 11 for the Sioux (11-12, 3-3 Great West), who entered the game 0-11 away from home. North Dakota shot 50 percent from the field in the game and 64 percent in the second half. Huff had five of his team’s 10 3-pointers.

Lee Fisher scored 18 points to lead Chicago State (2-21, 1-5). Ardarius Simmons had 14 points and Matt Samuels contributed 13 points and a game-high eight rebounds for the Cougars.

North Dakota won the schools’ earlier meeting 71-61 on Jan. 28 in Grand Forks, N.D.
