SALEM, Ore. (AP) — Officers say a bomb threat at Chemeketa Community College in Salem appears to be a hoax.
The sheriff’s office says a search turned up only a purse found beneath a sink and retrieved by a robot. It contained no identification.
The campus reopened late in the morning.
