Resource fair planned for B.G. school families

Groups offering free services for Battle Ground school district studentsand theirfamilies will be at the school district’s first family resource fair, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. March 10 at Battle Ground High School.The nearly 60 organizations offer resources for health and wellness, recreational activities, mentoring, early childhood, citizenship and language, parenting support, and more.

There will be entertainment such as karate demonstrations, “mad science” experiments and a therapy dog.

The event in the BGHS commons is free to parents and children.
