Fircrest — The Firstenburg Girls Choir, led by Jane Yii, gave the gift of music to many people this holiday season. The eight-voice choir sang carols at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, with a Salvation Army bell ringer at the Mill Plain Boulevard Walmart, and for patrons of the Cascade Park Community Library. They also performed for the Loaves and Fishes Christmas Brunch at the Firstenburg Community Center on Dec. 23.

Choir members are: Elin Bertheau, Caprial Nead, Valerie Shoker, Issa Campos-Alvis, Rebecca Barnes, Lucy Wakefield, Isabella Williams and Naomi Morris. For information on the girls choir or to have them perform, contact Patty Krebs at the Firstenburg Community Center at 360-487-7015.
