On Monday evening, Portland Police officers assigned to North Precinct responded to a call of four Hispanic teens who had pointed what appeared to be a rifle at a golfer at Heron Lakes Golf course located at 3500 North Victory Boulevard.

Arriving officers learned that the suspects had pointed a BB gun at a golfer and that he rammed them with a golf cart and then took their BB gun from them causing them to flee on foot. Officers learned that one of the suspects may have been armed with a handgun in his waistband.

The suspects were described as Hispanic and male, one was wearing a brown and white shirt all wearing long pants and fled on foot westbound on the slough bike path. A second suspect was described as Hispanic male in his 20s, 5 foot, 8 inches tall, 180 pounds and was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants.

Witnesses said one of the suspects was obviously limping as a result of injuries sustained when rammed by the golf cart.
