Legacy Emanuel seeks stories about hospital

Published: May 3, 2012, 5:00pm

Legacy Emanuel Medical Center will celebrate its 100th anniversary this year. To celebrate, the hospital will be featured in a six-month exhibit at the Oregon History Museum at the Oregon Historical Society.

The hospital is seeking stories from people whose lives have been touched by an experience at the hospital. Those who were born, saved or trained at the hospital are encouraged to submit their stories.

A story from each category will be featured in a special exhibit at the museum. Each story must be no longer than 300 words.

To submit a story, email the story to emanuel100@lhs.org; mail it to Public Relations at Legacy Emanuel, 2801 N. Gantenbein Ave., Portland, OR 97227; or visit Legacy Emanuel Medical Center. The exhibit opens in July.
