Young wins AMA Pro SuperBike race at Infineon

SONOMA, Calif. (AP) — Blake Young won the AMA Pro SuperBike doubleheader finale Sunday at Infineon Raceway, a day after finishing second behind Josh Hayes in the West Coast Moto Jam opener.

Young, from Madison, Wis., beat fellow Suzuki rider Roger Hayden by 3.467 seconds in the 22-lap race.

Two-time defending series champion Hayes was seventh on a Yamaha.

Jason DiSalvo won the Daytona SportBike race on a Triumph.
