BLACK DIAMOND, Wash. (AP) — The King County medical examiner says a body found inside a torched car in a rural, wooded area of the county is that of a 39-year-old Kent, Wash., woman who was a homicide victim.

KOMO-TV reports (http://is.gd/uAjY9F) that Denise Grigsby died of a skull fracture and cerebral contusions.

King County sheriff’s spokeswoman Sgt. Katie Larson says a neighbor spotted the blazing car early Sunday morning in the Black Diamond area. Fire crews found a Toyota Camry in flames.

The burned human remains were found in the trunk.
