Chad Heffelfinger, 21, of Vancouver will appear on Wednesday’s episode of the television show “Wheel of Fortune” on ABC Channel 2 at 7:30 p.m.

Heffelfinger, a student at Washington State University Pullman, participated in the show’s “College Week from Portland” series, which was filmed in late March and early April.

His step-grandmother, Donna Heimbuch, said his family and friends plan to watch the episode live at Big Al’s at 16615 SE 18th St.

“I can tell you this, he done good,” she said.

Heffelfinger also wrote a blog entry on the show’s website about the experience. Visit http://www.wheeloffortune.com/contestants/contestantblogs/ for more information.
