TOPPENISH, Wash. (AP) — Two Wapato men were killed when their car crashed into a utility pole near Toppenish.

The Washington State Patrol says both men were ejected as the car flipped on its top early Sunday, and investigators don’t know which man was driving. Neither wore a seat belt.

Killed were 25-year-old Filiberto Gill and 18-year-old Alberto M. Mendez.
