Jeter takes the Aqueduct feature

NEW YORK (AP) — Jeter romped in the $54,000 Aqueduct allowance feature, beating N. F.’s Destiny by five lengths on Sunday.

A 3-year-old chestnut gelding trained by Rick Dutrow, Jeter scored his second win in nine starts in the race for New York breds. Edgar Prado was aboard for the six furlongs in 1:09.59.

Jeter paid $7.10, $4.30 and $2.80 as the 5-2 favorite. N. F.’s Destiny returned $4.10 and $3.20 while Western Tryst paid $5.50 to show.
