PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Punt returner Damaris Johnson and linebacker Jamar Chaney are among the inactives for the Eagles against the Detroit Lions on Sunday.

Johnson will either be replaced by Mardy Gilyard or former Pro Bowl returner DeSean Jackson. Johnson averaged just 6.0 yards on eight returns and had nine fair catches.

Chaney had started the last two games for the injured Akeem Jordan, who returned to the lineup.

Lions safety Louis Delmas is active and starting for the first time this season after having knee surgery in August. Running back Kevin Smith, who started the season opener, was inactive. Smith had 115 yards on 29 carries through the first two games of the season, but hasn’t had a carry since.
