The iUrban Teen Tech Summit for youth ages 13 to 18 interested in technology careers returns to Washington State University Vancouver for a second time Oct. 20. Registration is free and includes snacks, lunch and a chance to win prizes. Students can register online at either iUrban Teen Summit or Eventbrite.

Intel will present a robotics demonstration followed by concurrent workshops in gaming, digital animation and cybersecurity.

The summit strives to reach underserved and underrepresented teens. Attendees have opportunities to interact with local technology leaders in the hope they become inspired to become tomorrow’s leaders. Event organizers are seeking American Sign Language interpreters and can pay a modest stipend. ASL interpreters can call Deena Pierott, 360-980-8418.
