GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — First Greg Jennings, now Jordy Nelson.

The Green Bay Packers are without their top two receivers after Nelson was declared inactive for Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He injured his hamstring during practice Wednesday. Randall Cobb, who followed his first 100-yard receiving game with a pair of touchdown catches last weekend, starts in his place.

Jennings, who will have surgery Tuesday to repair the torn abdominal muscle that has sidelined him, is inactive for a fourth straight game. The Packers are also without Charles Woodson, who broke his collarbone last weekend against St. Louis; fullback John Kuhn; cornerback Sam Shields; and linebacker Nick Perry.

Maurice Jones-Drew will miss the game for the Jaguars with a foot injury. Jacksonville’s other inactives are cornerback Derek Cox; running back Montell Owens; defensive back Dwight Lowery; wide receiver Laurent Robinson; and defensive tackles D’Anthony Smith and Jeris Pendleton.
