Couple sets up outdoor Halloween display

Fisher’s Landing East –Hagatha’s Haunt, an outdoor Halloween display set up by Steve and René Chadly, features haunting special effects that are entertaining for those of any age. The display at 1904 S.E. 190th Ave. can be viewed from dusk to midnight through Nov. 2.
