Outdoors blog 4/3: Spring chinook fishing extended six days

Washington and Oregon agreed today to extend spring chinook fishing in the lower Columbia River through Friday, April 12.

Tuesday, April 9, will be closed to allow for commercial fishing.

State biologists estimate 75 percent of the allocation will have been caught through April 12.
