Program to help seniors trim energy expenses

The Clark County Commission on Aging is sponsoring a free presentation designed to help residents modify their homes to reduce utility costs as they grow older.

The event will focus on energy efficiency and green building as a means to keep houses comfortable and electric payments practical.

It will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, in the Columbia Room at Vancouver Community Library, 901 C St.
