Police arrested a Vancouver man for allegedly buying services from a juvenile prostitute. David A. Parsons, 40, was arrested Thursday by detectives with the Vancouver Police Department Digital Evidence Cybercrime Unit.
The 14-year-old victim was allegedly being sex trafficked in the Vancouver area by Laura E. Lambden, 58, of Vancouver, who was arrested on a federal warrant June 29.
Vancouver detectives have been investigating this case since November 2012.
