Resurfacing work will alternately close several Interstate 205 ramps at three interchanges next week, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.

Crews will close ramps connecting I-205 to state Highway 14, state Highway 500 and Mill Plain Boulevard for four consecutive nights beginning Monday, June 24. The closures will begin at 8 p.m. each night, lasting until 5 a.m. the following morning, according to WSDOT.

On Monday, ramps from both directions of Highway 14 to northbound I-205 will be closed. The offramp from northbound I-205 to Mill Plain will also close.

On Tuesday, crews will close the onramp from Mill Plain to northbound I-205.

On Wednesday and Thursday, the onramp from Highway 500 to southbound I-205 will close.

Workers plan to grind out wheel ruts and repair chipped pavement during the closures, according to WSDOT. But the work is weather-dependent, and may be rescheduled, the agency said.
